#Congratulations to our director MALIK SHAHEED for being named to the MusiCounts National Advisory Committee. MusiCounts is a music education Charity associated with CARAS and the JUNO AWARDS . Malik will use his Network to promote MusiCounts and make sure that marginalized, Diverse and Bipoc communities are made aware of the funding opportunities. CELEBRATING FAMILIES
On June 2, it will be fun, games and laughter in Pierrefonds-Roxboro!
The 12th edition of the Celebrating families day promises to be one of the most animated, next Friday, June 2, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at A-MA-BAIE Park in Pierrefonds-Roxboro. Indeed, a host of free activities await families.
Festive experiences for all tastes will be offered by community organizations of the West Island territory in collaboration with the borough of Pierrefonds-Roxboro.

Joining us for the annual Eat to the Beat luncheon for kids!
After a two year hiatus due to the pandemic, we have been given the green light to host the event at the 5-star restaurant Le Richmond on December 24th, 2022. As usual we will be serving a 3 course meal, along with music and presents for the kids.

We are also accepting donations to help provide children with a present. Feel free to contact us for more information.

CIT PROGRAM
High School students: Register now to participate in Youth Stars’ Online Counselor-in-Training program.
STARTS: March 21st 2022, every Monday from 5PM-6PM. The program includes a C.I.T. Certificate of completion in just 8 weeks.
BONUS: The C.I.T certificate of completion => a guaranteed paid C.I.T position at Youth Stars’ Summer or March break camp for 1-2 Weeks.

Youth Stars is presently offering an Anti Bullying, Cyber Bullying, Black History and Indigenous Tours across different schools. Our new Indigenous presentation is hosted by Paws who is an Indigenous woman herself and will talk about her experience and the Indigenous ways.
